Hi. I'm James. Wannabe author and talentless hack. I do things sometimes. Currently working on The Upstarts, a story about queer superheroes and dragons.

I'm an ardent music fan and have been ever since I was a child. I'll listen to everything but country.
Favorite Movies
I'm a nerd of all things superhero and modern fantasy or scifi. This would include the MCU, the DCAU, My Hero Academy, the Dark Knight Trilogy, Hellboy, etcetera. Anything that blends magic with modern or future technology immediately piques my interest.
Favorite TV Series
Mostly cartoons to be honest. I'm writing for a younger audience; not kids, but, young queer adults, and as anyone on the internet knows, young queer adults love cartoons. This would include Steven Universe, Gravity Falls, The Owl House, Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra, etcetera.
I'm also a fan of some live action shows, mostly procedurals. A fantasy world where cops are actually good for something? Sign me up. This includes comedies like Psych or Brooklyn 99 to more serious shows like NCIS or The Blacklist, though I have recently fallen out of the latter after some poor character and story choices.
